Hey, I start at JP Morgan Chase on the 28th in South Burlington. I am incredibly quiet, I drink very rarely (maybe once or twice a year), don’t smoke, and in general just keep to myself most of the time. I would prefer to get to know the person I will be rooming with as it would be a commitment and this seems like the best option.

Move in date is dependent on when I get the job, I was told it takes a month or so to get everything done and the beginning of May was the roundabout time given, so it would be super cool to get to know someone over time if you think you mesh with what you read here.

Need to know info, I am cripple, I use a cane to walk around long term, I can get around short term without it but I cannot lift heavy things consistently. I have a 16yr old son and 2 god daughters, they visit me like maybe once a month, usually it involves going out to dinner, but on rare occasions it is a chill day at home.

General info about me, I collect board games and love playing them, I game on the PC because it is easier than finding people to play board games, I watch anime, I want to eventually get into Warhammer 40K tabletop (have the models, not good at assembly/painting), and that is pretty much it, would be super cool if the potential roommate enjoyed even one of the things on this list, would make getting along a lot easier.

I didn’t click cannabis friendly because of my kids but it doesn’t actually bother me in the least as long as we can come to an agreement that while my kids are there it wouldn’t happen.

I also have no stigma about anyone’s preferences, my brother is LGBTQ+, known him my whole life, so while I look like and act like a grumpy old ogre sometimes, I try to be as kind as I can.
