My number one value is kindness. I’m thoughtful, communicative, and really care about creating a home that just feels easy to be in. I’m looking for that middle ground roommate dynamic, friendly, low tension, connecting when we both have time and capacity, but also totally respecting space.

I love swimming in the creek in Lyons (like five days a week in the summer), and I primarily work from home as a therapist, with a couple days a week in my Longmont office. I have a cute pup named Pretzel who’s very easy to get along with. He’s intuitive, mostly sticks by me, and honestly prefers me over everyone, so he’ll be around but not in your business.

I would prefer the master bedroom or two smaller rooms since I work from home, and ideally my own bathroom. Other than that, I’m pretty flexible and more focused on finding the right fit and a space that feels good.

Also, I’m looking for a place that allows a hot tub as I currently live with one and now can’t imagine not having it. I’ll take care of everything, but you can use it whenever you want, so it’s a pretty great built-in perk.
