I currently live with a lady that thinks she doesn’t have to take care of the property the house or any kind of cleaning and I’m disabled but she wants me to do all the cleaning in the house and take care of her dogs. On top of that she wants a grand a month. I’ve been here for almost 4 years. No lease. We used to be friends.. Even best friends. I came here to help her because she had just lost her husband and 2 months later lost her ex-boyfriend/roommate that never paid anything. So I will not be staying here but I would like to stay in the area I have dogs and cats but they are emotional support animals and very well behaved. They don’t tear stuff up. They’re Chihuahua mixes and all seniors. My 15 years old is now having some neurological issues. My 10.7 year old is a pure “Love Bucket.” My Sam E…lliot is 8 1/2 years old and stays with his dad a lot. Easily a month at a time. I clean up after them 100%. I take care of them 100%. I never asked anybody for anything when it comes to my babies. My boyfriend and I live together so he is responsible for my home healthcare. I owned my home in Garland for 15 years, and I lived with my friend, before his death, for 6 years. Before that, I lived with my ex-boyfriend for 11 years. So, honestly, I don’t have “rental history”, per say. As I stated previously, I am disabled and receive SSDI. So my income is guaranteed.
