I’m a responsible, easygoing person looking for a comfortable and respectful living situation in the central Delaware area. I keep a pretty balanced lifestyle — I like having a clean, organized space but I’m not overly strict about it. I’m reliable with rent and bills, and I take pride in being someone people feel comfortable living with. I’m pretty low-key day to day. I don’t mind occasional guests or social time, but I also respect quiet hours and personal space. I’m clean, drama-free, and easy to get along with.
