My name is Teddy (He/They) and I’m a New Orleans native looking for a room to rent. Anywhere in the New Orleans metro area is great, but because I’m taking classes at Delgado while I figure out the next few steps in my educational career, the closer the better. I am currently working and looking for a second job at the moment as well. I don’t have any pets, but love them! I am LGBTQ+ and would want an environment that’s comfortable and open. My budget is around $500-$700 depending on utilities, location, and other expenses. I just moved back from Montana after my program got detunded. I am a fairly extroverted person, and don’t have issues with setting boundaries. I value communication when it comes to living with others. I love cooking, concerts, horror movies, and generally just having fun. I am a cancer patient who is actively undergoing treatment and have been for the past 10 years.
