Hello! I am looking to rent a finished basement apartment, preferably with a private entrance. I am a professional Registered Nurse seeking a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home (12 month lease) I am responsible, respectful, and keep a quiet lifestyle. I also have a sweet 12-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix who is fully house-trained, very well-behaved, and rarely barks. When I am at work, she stays safely in her kennel, and otherwise she is always with me. She is small, gentle, and has never caused any damage to a home. I would love to find a pet-friendly rental so I can keep her with me, but if necessary, I have family who I can re-home to. I do have a 13 and 8 year old son who will stay with me every other week.
