I am a quiet, organized, and cooperative individual looking for a 4-month rental in Ann Arbor while I complete an academic stay at the University of Michigan. Since I’ll be busy with lab work and university activities, I will be out of the house most of the time during the week and occasionally on weekends.

I take pride in being a great roommate: I am very proactive with household chores and I always clean up the kitchen immediately after cooking. I have a high level of respect for personal boundaries, shared spaces, and others’ belongings, and I value having roommates who feel the same.

I am a non-smoker (though I don’t mind if others smoke) and I am very pet-friendly, though I’ll be traveling alone. I am also very respectful of everyone’s religion, preferences, and lifestyle. I’m looking for a peaceful environment where we can all feel at home for my short stay.
