Hello, my name is Mosaic, and I will be relocating to the Sacramento area in late April. I am very interested in your room and would appreciate any additional information you could provide.

A little about me: I am 31 years old, sober, and plan to begin working with IHSS as soon as I arrive. I already have a client lined up who will provide me with sufficient income to afford the room. Additionally, I have saved approximately $1,400, which I can use for a deposit, first month’s rent, or a holding fee for the room. I am hoping to move in around May 1st, as I will not be in the state until April 29th.
