Seeking Affordable Room Rental in Winter Springs Area – Single Mom with Toddler & Caged Rabbit

Hi neighbors,

I’m a single mom in Winter Springs looking for an affordable private room to rent (budget around $600/month, utilities included if possible) for me and my sweet 22-month-old toddler (half-time custody). I also have a quiet, well-behaved rabbit in a cage—no messes or issues.

I’m clean, respectful, and work from home (client-facing but stay in my room most of the time to keep noise low). I spend a lot of time with my little one when she’s with me, so I’m quiet and low-impact. I’m happy to share more about my routine if helpful. I’d love a space where I can temporarily set up my “castle” decor style (think fairy lights, tapestries, soft backdrops)—I use double-sided tape, command strips, or removable hooks only—no nails/holes if possible, and everything comes down cleanly when I leave.
