I’m looking to rent a room or house begining in April. I’m gainfully employed, easy going, and looking to start a new chapter in life. I’m having to move because the house I rent now from one of my best friends is going up for sale, and unfortunately at this time I can’t afford to buy it. I do smoke, but I don’t really do so in the house. I would be happy to speak with someone who needs a roommate, or looking to rent together.
