I’m a full-time UPS driver (Gaithersburg hub) and a 12-year Army veteran (11B/35M), so I value reliability and a schedule. I’m currently balancing work with studying Building Trades Technology at Montgomery College, which keeps me pretty occupied.

I’m looking for a quiet, private basement or studio space where I can recharge. When I’m home, I’m a very low-impact roommate—I’m usually gaming with headphones on, watching movies, or catching up on schoolwork. I’m definitely not the ‘party’ type; I prefer a calm environment.

When I’m not working or studying, I’m usually outdoors. I love camping, hiking, and taking my truck off-roading. I’m also in the process of adopting a cat, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly spot. I’m handy, respectful of shared spaces, and I always pay my bills on time. If you’re looking for a quiet, professional tenant who stays out of the way, I think we’d be a great fit.
