We’re parents to 3 children, but our 21 year old lives on her own and will occasionally visit. Our two youngest boys are ages 13 and 9. They would only visit on the weekends. My husband is in a skilled nursing facility currently, so it would only be myself until he is discharged from SNF. I work hard, pay my bills on time, easygoing, non judgemental, open minded but respectful of others. Clean up after myself and my kids. I may cat sit occasionally for my daughter. My husband and I have gone to counseling and have learned to communicate better and to strengthen our marriage for the sake of one another and our children. My husband is also in the middle of applying for permanent SSDI and will have more income in the future. So, currently it’s only me working, but working hard. I’m also working with a nonprofit that can help me with a deposit and 1st month rent. I’m on probation, but only for a year and a half until I can get my case expunged. I’m compliant with probation always, so no major drama as a result of this. If you work with me, I will work with you.
