*Please actually read. I’m not looking for a place this month This is for this Spring.

I’m a professional woman in my 30’s seeking a room for rent. I prefer living with a woman (or women) but am open to a male roommate for renting purposes only no exceptions, any inappropriate messages will be reported and blocked. I work and recently moved to Georgia and am currently living here. I prefer something within 5-10 minutes of Atlanta. I would like to stay within the I-285 perimeter.

A little about me I do not have children or pets but don’t mind if you have either. I have a car and I’ve worked at the same job for 8 years. I’m pretty laid back but can be social I won’t be a hermit holed up in my room and my work/life schedule keeps me busy. I have friends over every once in a while and at my age am not looking for a party house at this time. My preference is one or two other people right now. I am planning ahead for a move in a few months by May 2024 and it would be great if I could move in earlier but I am flexible with dates.

I am looking for a room between $600-$650 without utilities included. If utilities are included then $650-$750 is alright. I believe in coexisting. I like communicating and don’t mind texting or talking, I don’t live a passive aggressive lifestyle and feel like home should be a safe space and am looking for someone who feels the same 😇.
