Hi, I’m a nursing student finishing my last two semesters. I’m quiet, clean, and focused on school. I’m looking for a month-to-month room and can move in by April 8.

I do want to be upfront that I’m a single mom. In the case of an extreme emergency, I may need to have my child stay with me briefly. This would be rare, and I don’t anticipate it happening often, if at all—I just want to be transparent.

I’m very respectful, responsible, and can pay on time. Please let me know if this would be a good fit.
