I’m an HVAC student, so I stay pretty focused on school and work. I keep things clean, organized, and I’m usually on a steady routine. I’m pretty laid back and easy to get along with, just prefer a chill, drama-free place to live.

I respect shared spaces and expect the same—clean up after yourself, be responsible with rent, and communicate if anything comes up. I don’t mind occasional guests, just nothing crazy or loud all the time.

I’m cool with someone who keeps to themselves or someone who’s down to talk here and there. Just looking for a reliable roommate with a good vibe.
