I am a first-year grad student looking for 1-2 roommates to team up with for the 2026-2027 school year. I am hoping to find a place >$1000 a month per person (ideally $600-800). I have 1-2 cats (one being a joint-custody baby) that are friendly with other cats. I am open to signing a lease anytime May-August. Would prefer to find housing relatively near Campus. About me: I am 22 and use they/them pronouns. I love to cook and bake, hike, read, craft, go on long walks, talk endlessly about birds, and flex my geography knowledge. I am a morning person but I don’t mind a bit of noise. I am generally quite affable and open-minded. I prefer tidy kitchen/shared spaces, but I am a maximalist and love little trinkets, so I think a little bit of mess is inevitable. Ideal roommates are LGBTQ+ friendly, women or enby preferred, who communicate well, are relatively tidy, and friendly.
