Me: 22yo with $1,500 saved so far for a down deposit. I have 2 jobs in Augusta and work/do school a lot. I’m quiet, respectful, hygienic, and keep to myself. I have a car too and don’t mind giving rides here and there. My credit score is shitty from when I was starting off learning to adult, but I am working to improve it. (Rn is 500) I don’t have any pets besides some tiny guppy fish, and don’t mind pets, though it is harder to find landlords accepting pets if you do have any. I am 420 friendly and occasionally will partake in edibles myself but I do not smoke. I don’t care if you smoke but please be respectful about not doing it indoors.
