Hey guys, im a 23 year old Asian male college student and pharmacist tech.

I’m usually at work in the evening or mornings, therefore I’m not home majority of the day. If I am home I’ll be dead asleep or mainly just chilling in my room or in the living room. I am also nocturnal, meaning I am awake at night and I like to interact with my hobbies late night.

I am not a messy person, I prefer to clean up after myself. Hoping to find someone who can clean up after themselves. I have a strict cleaning routine for myself so don’t worry on my end.

I don’t mind pets. They can enter my room. As long they are well maintained and hygienic.

Guests over are fine, as long I’m aware.

I don’t mind smoking as long the living room/dining room/kitchen does not smell dense. I have a sensitive nose.

I’m looking for someone who can go 50/50 w/ me.

I’m looking at luxury apartments going for 1200-1400 for 2 bed 2 bath.(preferred) or 2 bed 1 bath (I’m looking at 6 month leases) (you’ll be in charge of your own bathroom just as I will be for mine)

If things go smoothly, I plan to renew the lease after the lease ends.

My budget is $800 max. I am looking for someone who is around the same budget range as me.

Male or female doesn’t matter, I do prefer people around my age.
