I am currently in managing an apartment and with the lease expiring on June 1st, the landlords have once again increased the rent by 100 dollars. NOPE not for this place. So I am exploring the option of renting a room Again instead of an entire apartment. I rented a room in Pleasant Hill A little over a year ago Before moving closer to my job and acquiring this apt. Having recently retired early. I Look into rent an apartment with Another person and sharing the cost or looking into a room for rent. I consistently pay my rent two to three months in advance and ensure that utility bills are always kept paid ahead of time. The proofs are in my file on line with my current apartment complex. I am relatively quiet individual who values engaging in conversation with the household members. However Often retired to my room around 6:30 or 7:00 PM or sometimes earlier depending on the day and my social engagements. As an individual who appreciates cleanliness, I maintain a tidy living space. My Philosophy Is that if you use something it is your responsibility to clean and return it to its original place. While I am not Obsessive - compulsive, I believe that everything has its designated place and it is essential to clean and organize before bedtime to wake up to a clean environment for all. I also respect the personal space of others and expect the same courtesy in return. I do not frequent bars, I do not smoke and have relatively calm life. My limit of rent and utilities would be $500 with a 1/2 bathroom or a full Separate bathroom if possible. thank you
