Hey! I’m Ben. I work in real estate here in Bakersfield, so I stay pretty busy and I’m usually out of the house most of the day.

I’m super clean and organized, always clean up after myself, and like to keep things nice and easy to live in. I’m easygoing, respectful, and get along with pretty much everyone.

I’m not a partier, pretty low-key, and I’m mindful of noise and shared spaces. I also take care of my responsibilities and always pay rent on time.

When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my kids or just relaxing. I’m really just looking for a chill, respectful place to live with good people.
