Hello , my name is Zae . My lease is currently up April first I have been trying so hard to find an apartment but my income doesn’t meet the requirements of 2x rent or 3x rent . I don’t smoke , no drink , no pets , no parties , very quiet , no kids . I work so I am trying to find a place close to my work . I am very responsible , I work full time , and I do uber and DoorDash so I’ll barely be there , just to shower and sleep mostly ,  I’m very respectful, friendly and most of all genuine . I don’t mind helping around the house if needed or just helping in general on my days off . I ONLY NEED A ROOM FOR 1 MONTH UNTIL MAY 1st If you have any other questions you are welcomed to ask .
