Trading 305 for 509: Architectural Professional Seeking Loft Co-Pilot
The Space I’m officially moving up from Miami for a career opportunity in the architectural field, and I’ve already secured the perfect home base. It’s a true industrial loft in the heart of Downtown—high ceilings, exposed brick, timber rafters, and flooded with natural light. I’ll be keeping the space clean, organized, and curated. I have the lease handled, but I’m looking for the right professional to share this experience with.
The Lifestyle: Professional by Day, Adventure by Weekend During the week, I’ll be locked into my projects. My home will be a low-drama sanctuary for recharging. However, once the weekend hits, I plan on living the “work hard, play hard” life to the fullest.
The Outdoors: When the sun is out and it’s not too cold, I won’t be inside. I’ll be camping, floating the river, or hitting the trails for a hike. I’m moving here to be closer to the mountains and the lakes.
The Social Scene: I’m ready to dive into the local culture. You’ll find me checking out the local brewery scene, catching live music, or hitting seasonal festivals. I love to entertain and will definitely be having friends over to kick off the weekends with good vibes and music.
Travel: I’ll often be on the move exploring the broader region.
The Ideal Co-Pilot I’m looking for an amicable, responsible professional who wants more than just a place to sleep.
Active & Social: I’m looking for someone who plans to get out and explore. Whether you’re joining me for a drink or heading out on your own adventure, I want a roommate who is engaged with the world.
The Vibe: Clean, positive, and communicative. I’m curating a high-end environment and am looking for someone who will treat the space with that same level of respect.
No Drama: Let’s keep it adult—no passive-aggression, just a chill, positive atmosphere.
The “No-Go” List:
Homebodies: I’m looking for someone with an active life who gets out of the house.
Negativity: Let’s keep the energy high as we settle in.
Scammers: Save your time. I’m coming from Miami—I spot scams instantly.
Let’s Connect I’m looking forward to getting established in the 509. If you want a design-forward home base and a roommate who balances professional focus with a social, “never inside” weekend philosophy, let’s grab a beer at a local taproom once I arrive and see if the vibe checks out!
