Hi there! You can call me Jay! My current housing situation is coming to an end. I am looking to find a place to move into by latest the last week of April, if it’s the right space and cost then I’d be open to moving on the 29th of March. I am looking for something more short term till the end of June. I hoping to apply for mortgage lending toward the end of May and hope to close on a property by the end of June. That’s wishful thinking and my time frame could be extended a month or so! I work remote as a therapist so I need a space that is quietly and will accommodate a desk. I’m not one to stay up super late and can be very sensitive to sounds as I sleep, another need for a quiet, calm space. I love to cook, have great conversations, and outside is my favorite place to be! I go to concerts a couple times a week and travel out of town every now and then. I don’t mind animals as long as they are well trained. I’m also big on cleanliness and would prefer to not share a bathroom. Happy to chat more and see if we’d be a good match as roomies 🤗
