Hi! I’m an incoming grad student at Fordham University, and I’m looking for a room for the year. Ideally, I’d like a place close to campus in the Belmont neighborhood, but I’m interested in the Inwood/Washington Heights neighborhoods as well. I will be receiving a living stipend from the university, and working as a grad assistant. I’m very respectful, and love to chill at home, but I love to go out when I can! I speak Spanish and English.
