Hi! I’m Arka, a technology consultant relocating to the Bay Area for work for around six months. I’m easygoing, respectful, and pretty low-maintenance as a roommate. I keep shared spaces clean, pay rent on time, and value a calm and positive home environment.

Outside of work I enjoy yoga, mindfulness, and staying active. I’m social and enjoy good conversations, but I’m also very respectful of people’s personal space and routines.

I’m a non-smoker and generally live a quiet, balanced lifestyle. I’m also a big cat lover — I have cats back home — so I’d be very happy living in a place with a cat around.

Overall, I’m just looking for a comfortable and friendly home while I’m in the Bay Area for work.
