I’m looking for a living arrangement that supports a normal, respectful adult lifestyle. I work a day job and maintain a side business, and I’m also in the process of building a consulting agency, so much of my time is spent working, researching, or networking.

During the week I tend to keep a fairly focused routine, and on weekends I occasionally go out or spend time with friends. I’d prefer a place where having a glass of wine or the occasional overnight guest is acceptable.

I’m sharing this up front so expectations are clear and we can make sure the living situation is a good fit for everyone.
