I am a single mom of two wonderful girls (ages 7 & 11) looking for a peaceful, respectful, and welcoming living situation where everyone feels comfortable and at home. I work full time and really value open, mature communication, mutual respect, consideration, and respect for privacy and personal space. I believe the best roommate situations are built on honesty, reliability, kindness, and clear communication from both sides.

My girls are sweet, respectful, and well accustomed to routines and shared living spaces. They are with me from Sunday- Sunday every other week; their dad and i shared 50/50 custody. We work very well together as coparents so there is never any drama, theatrics, or fighting when we do our exchanges.

I also have two fixed cats — a 5-year-old male and a 2-year-old female — who are incredibly affectionate, gentle, and well behaved. They’re very much part of the family and bring a lot of warmth to the home. 🐈

I’m clean, responsible, drama-free, and mindful of shared spaces, noise levels, and the comfort of the people around me. More than anything, I’m hoping to find a home environment that feels warm, safe, and inviting — somewhere my children and I are treated like valued members of the household rather than feeling like a burden for simply existing in the space.
