Hi! 👋 I’m a professional, employed female looking for a whole house or a master bedroom suite, in a house in the 89141 or 89052 area. Must be clean and safe, ideally in a gated community.

If it’s a home, maybe a 2-3 bedroom home. If it’s just a room, I do want a private room in a home in a very quiet area. Either way, I want a master suite that has a balcony as well as shower/bath tub (separate) and is upstairs. It’s just going to be me.

I really like my privacy as well as for everything to be very clean. I’m open to only one additional roommate, besides me. I am cannabis friendly, but want a balcony so I can smoke outside. I don’t currently have any kids or pets but I may get a hypoallergenic kitten in a few months, so I’d like for that to be permitted.

I’m clean, respectful, and keep to myself. I don’t cook much but would like a nice kitchen that accommodates most culinary endeavors. I don’t exactly have a set budget, as it depends on what I’m offered…But it should be comparable or better than the master suite I currently occupy. I live in a gated community. It’s very spacious, has two closets, a full and very spacious bathroom, and a balcony…along with being upstairs and also having a washer and dryer.

I’d like to possibly team up and maybe find a HOUSE in the Southern Highlands, Seven Hills, or Macdonald Highlands area.. with the right roomie, so feel free to reach out and please don’t be a crackhead and have steady income. Thank you.
