Hi! I’m looking for a mature, clean, and chill roommate to look for a 2-bed/2-bath apartment in the North Park, Hillcrest, Normal Heights area but I’m open to other neighborhoods! I’m looking for apartments priced at $2700 or less, so ideally no more than $1350 per person.

A little about me: I’m in my mid-30s, finishing my PhD in theatre at UCSD and bartending at a local brewery. I’m a super clean, organized, and communicative roommate. I really value keeping a chill, peaceful home, but I also love hanging out with small groups of friends in the evenings. I’m part of the LGBTQ+ community, 420-friendly, and not a big drinker or partier.

I have the sweetest dog, Harley. He’s a service dog so it shouldn’t be an issue in our apartment search. He is so loving, well-behaved, and spends most of his day napping in the sun.

I’m looking for someone who is responsible, considerate of others, clean, loves dogs (not just tolerates them), and is interested in developing a friendship with their roommate!
