Hi, my name is Alice I’ve been living in the U.S. since 2019, and I stayed in my first home for 3 years and my second home for 3 years and 6 months. I’m looking for another comfortable place where I can stay long-term (private bathroom is my one and only requirement).

I’m an international student and I legally stay in the U.S. with a valid student visa. and I got my CFI (certified flight instructor) certificate by FAA about five years ago. I currently work as a flight instructor flight school. My schedule can vary — sometimes I leave very early in the morning or come home late, and other days I might be home all day.

I don’t have pets, I don’t drink or use drugs, and I don’t bring friends or visitors over. . I do smoke, but I never smoke indoors. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smell, so I always smoke outside and keep everything clean.

I’m a tidy, organized, and quiet person, and I’m very respectful of shared spaces.
I’d be happy to come see the room whenever it’s convenient for you.
