I believe consideration of others feelings, time, and environmental peace is a necessity. I clean well and enjoy doing it, and try to leave things as I found them (or better). I treat others as I want to be treated. Healthy communication is the easiest way to resolve problems. Outside of that, I am a fun and optimistic individual. I play guitar and piano as well as write music. I meditate daily, I love to journal, exercise, talk at the appropriate times, and spend my days being as productive as possible. Life is a journey, and fortunately I’ve ascertained much wisdom of who I am and who I want to be over the years. I do not drink alcohol or use drugs. I am very involved in my own mental health, as well as physical health. I have a routine that I stick to. I work full time as a stretch practitioner, as well as having multiple clients outside and independent of that practice for my own personal training services.
