A bit about me: I’m a 37 year old veteran who just retired from the Navy. I’m currently focused on finishing up school, and working on balancing that with my personal goals. I’m a big fitness enthusiast, so I’m generally up early to train and live a pretty healthy, active lifestyle. I’m very organized, clean, and quiet—I value a peaceful home environment where we can both study or decompress. I’m responsible with rent/bills (never missed a payment), appreciate open communication, and I’m definitely looking for someone respectful and mature to share a space with. I’m looking for a place where we can keep the common areas tidy and have a comfortable, respectful vibe. I’m social but mostly keep to myself or head out for adventures on the weekends. Also, I only have 1 friend here so far and work acquaintances so naturally, no one’s coming to visit lol If that sounds like a good fit, I’d love to chat more or swing by to see the place.
