I’m looking for a room to rent that I would use only two to three nights per week, and I’m hoping to find something long-term, ideally for about four years. My schedule would be consistent, so you’d know exactly when I’d be there each week moast likeley weekends i’ll be out. I’m quiet, respectful, and low-impact as a tenant since I wouldn’t be using the space full-time. I’m open to working out a fair arrangement that reflects the part-time use, and I’m mainly looking for a stable, straightforward setup that works well for both of us.
