Hey guys! I’m Dan. I’m a gymnastics coach relocating to the Ashburn area this summer for a new coaching position. I’m very easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep a busy schedule between coaching and also working at Starbucks, so I tend to be pretty quiet at home. I don’t smoke, 5 years sober, (doesn’t bother me at all if you do or party) and I’m very reliable with rent and responsibilities. Currently have a female roommate willing to help verify! We’ve been living together for the past 2 years. Move in date is very flexible & I’m looking for a comfortable place to live and good, respectful housemates.
