Hey! So, I am trying to get out of a bad relationship, fairly quickly, and quietly. I have a senior dog. I need a place that doesn’t have stairs, at least for letting my dog outside, she can’t do stairs and I can’t carry her.

I am clean, and I like to live in a clean area, not like, drive you up the wall, anal about it, but anyone living in the situation deserves to respect each other by not leaving garbage around, making crazy cooking smells/burning things, etc. Of course things happen, and no one is perfect. Also, mold is something I won’t deal with again, I am recovering from living in toxic mold for years.

I probably sound pretty rigid about some things, but, I have been through some things in my life and I just think it is so important to be upfront about expectations because sharing space with others requires more than just paying rent on time.

All of that serious stuff out of the way, I am a good person, who likes to spend a lot of time alone, just gaming, reading/researching. I absolutely need a safe, private, quiet place and in return I offer the same.

If someone wants to truly get to know me, I am up for it eventually, I love laughing, watching anime and crime documentaries, talking about the much needed revolution, social justice and beyond. If not, that’s fine too.

I am mixture of dead pan and macabre humor, I enjoy 420 activities that don’t involve smoke near me (raging asthma). Bonus if you’re neurodivergent!
