My name is Jim. I’m a professional geologist working full-time, primarily from home. I have stable income well above the monthly rent and utilities, and I take pride in maintaining a quiet, clean, and respectful living environment. I do have a dog named Azula; she is a two-year-old Siberian Husky who is fully trained and completely potty trained. She is well-behaved, non-destructive, and exercised daily. I take her on walk or hikes most evenings after the gym, and I’m very active outdoors (I also rock climb). Since I work from home, she is rarely left unattended for extended periods, besides sometimes on the weekends when I go rock climbing outside. I live a quiet, outdoor-focused lifestyle and am typically busy on weekends. I do not host parties and treat any home I live in with care and respect.
