Hi, I’m interested in the room you posted. I’m currently working and planning to attend LVN school, so I’m looking for a stable place to stay for about a year while I finish the program.

I also want to be upfront that I have two kids who stay with me on weekends from Friday around 6pm until Sunday around 6pm. They’re respectful, well-behaved, and would only be with me during that time.

I’m clean, responsible, and focused on work and school. If the room is still available, I’d love to come see it. Thanks!
