I’m quiet, neat, and considerate of others. Positive and optimistic, but in a very laid back way. I’ve been a painting contractor for 20+ years, but going to work as a lead for someone else. My favorite activity is making Art, particularly sculpture in the studio. But inside a bedroom switch to mediums without noise, smell, or danger (textiles or digital). Also enjoy being outdoors, going to museums and galleries, reading, baking desserts, and DIY- making a worse version of something at a higher cost than buying it, but still worthwhile. Spend a lot of time listening to music (headphones or earbuds), and as I imagine is true for most people, love to travel but wish I could do it more. When home, my default is to give people space, but if there’s a group activity and you ask me to join, will happily say Yes. Don’t have any pets, but if you do, that’s great. Love animals, have volunteered at animal shelters before moving, and plan on doing so again here. I don’t drink, smoke, or do substances, but not expecting our choices to be identical. Just ask that the thing you’re enjoying doesn’t cause unenjoyable results for others (like cigarettes indoors or drama). Can provide personal/employment refs, or do background, driving, or tenant screening (all are clean). Currently have Renter’s Insurance, can transfer if/when we get there.
