I have an elder dog and cat. I am happy if you have furry friends for them to play with. The more, the merrier, as long as they’re nice to us and each other.

Pets are a necessity for me, and I have a doctors’ note for ESA.

I would prefer my roommate to be LGBTQIA+ friendly.

I have a medical cannabis card and I use it responsibly and respectfully.

My work schedule is 8-5 M -F; and I’m typically in bed by 11 pm. I don’t mind if my roomie has visitors, and I hope you don’t mind if I have the occasional (respectful, responsible, quiet) visitors.

I feel more comfortable when I am in a tidy environment, including shared spaces. It’s important to me to put things in their place when I’m done with them.

I don’t care about age or gender, as long as you’re open minded and kind.
