Hi, I’m Debbie! I’m relocating from Palm Springs to Orange County because I’m ready for cooler weather and a place with a little more life and energy. The desert has been beautiful, but I’m excited to be closer to the coast and everything going on in the area.

I’m easygoing, friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a comfortable home environment and getting along with the people I live with. I’m responsible, drama-free, and appreciate a household that feels relaxed and positive.

I’m financially stable, reliable with rent, and treat the home I live in with care and respect. I value a calm, respectful home and tend to keep things peaceful and drama-free. I’m happy to provide references if needed.

I’m simply looking for a comfortable place with good people while I settle into Orange County.
