I’ve spent over 20 years helping people improve their health, mindset, and lifestyle through coaching and training. My work revolves around fitness, wellness, and building programs that help people level up physically and mentally.

My lifestyle is structured and positive. I’m usually up early, training, working with clients, or creating content for my coaching programs and podcast projects. I keep my environment clean, organized, and peaceful. I’m not into partying or loud living — I value a calm, respectful space where everyone can focus on their goals and recharge.

I’m easygoing, mature, and communicate well. I respect other people’s space and privacy and expect the same in return.
