Hello Ma’am. I also enjoy a very clean, neat home, (in ea. room). Some would say to a fault. I don’t see it that way. I would be living alone. Only visitors would be 40yr. daughter, 19yr. granddaughter. Also non-smokers. I do not have a job. But if, when need be; my daughter is always there to help me. I am quiet, healthy so far, a home body for the most part. I have excellent credit, hope you will take a look at my credit. I have my own EV car as well. If I may; are there other people renting bdrms? Also what’s the cost for all utilities? I have all my own furniture, I treasure my things, the posessions of others.
