Hi, I’m Cynthia. I’m a mindful art teacher, small business owner, and homeowner based in Colorado Springs, exploring spending some time closer to my Denver dance and creative communities.

I work mostly from home and have a calm, quiet lifestyle. I’m respectful, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m usually out in the evenings and on weekends attending dance or music events, and I’ll occasionally spend time at my home in Colorado Springs as well.

Ideally I’m looking for a peaceful, furnished space. I’m hoping initially for a month-to-month arrangement, with flexibility if it’s a good fit for everyone.
