Mercy & Cesar

OVERALL: Looking for a 3rd roomie to split rent and bills with in Midland. We will be moving to the area in late June and are interested in a house.

ABOUT US: Mercy and Cesar are childhood best friends moving to Midland in late June 2026 for work. Both grew up in West Texas.

I’m Mercy (she/her), 24 years old, work M-F, 8-5, and then I might have class after work. I’m clean, fairly neat, and mostly quiet unless I have music playing. I’m more of a homebody on the weekends, days off, etc. but I’m always down to try new things and be a +1 to concerts/events.

Cesar (he/him), 24 years old, work M-F, 8-5. I’m clean and mostly quiet unless I’m on the phone. I’m a foodie and love to grub and try new restaurants. I like to thrift and explore.

ROOMIES: We like to keep things drama-free, so open and clear communication are big things to us. Shared spaces will always be kept tidy. We keep to our space and area and respect yours.

PETS: We have 2 cats, Ashtray & Marshall. Both cats have been neutered and are up to date on shots. Both are very quiet kitties. Ashtray keeps to himself, while Marshall enjoys company. Both love to play.
