Hi! My name is Shadia. I’m 20 (turning 21 in August) and I’m looking for roommates to split rent, ideally four ways.

I’m looking around the Irvine area and hoping to keep my portion of rent around $1,000 per month. I’m hoping to find a place with friendly, respectful roommates who keep shared spaces clean.

I work mornings as a nanny/babysitter, so I usually keep a pretty structured routine. I’m a clean and organized person and like to keep shared spaces tidy. At home I enjoy baking and watching shows (although I tend to jump between different ones a lot lol).

I’m not a big party person, but I do enjoy going out occasionally. I’d love roommates who are social and open to hanging out sometimes, but I also respect personal space.

I have two cats (not sure yet if they’ll be coming with me 😔). I don’t smoke or drink, but I don’t mind if you do — I’d just prefer not to smell smoke inside.
