My girlfriend and I are looking for a long-term room; our budget is around $1400-$1600. We do have a Scottish Fold cat who is very calm and shy, so she likes to stay in the room with us; she can roam around only if other roomies are comfortable. We do plan on going back to college, so we may not be home often, but we are very laid back, friendly, and respectable. When we are at home, we tend to watch TV and play board games.
