Im not loud, im usually to myself, i like playing video games and watching movies, im usually at work or out so not always at the house, i am respectfull, clean, and was a service technician for an apartment community before so i know how to perform many basic repairs to the house and maintenance. I do need a location to park my vehicle. I am taking online courses as well to further my professional development and will mostly if at home be in my room studying. I am also looking for a monthly contract or deal but to stay long term if possible. Preferably something with utilities included at or under 900 a month.
