My name is Dianne. I am a 24-year-old transfer student who will be starting at CSUF in fall 2026 as a communication studies major. I’m very clean, respectful and easy to live with. I take school seriously and usually spend most of my time studying going to the gym or relaxing at home. I’m also friendly and enjoy being social and hanging out occasionally when everyone has free time I don’t smoke. I don’t have pets and I’m very mindful about keeping shared spaces clean. I’m looking for a common and a respectful living environment with roommates are responsible inconsiderate. My budget is around $800 per month with utilities included if possible I’m hoping to having my own room with a shared bathroom, but I also don’t mind sharing a room.
