Hi yall !! I’m 24 years old and non-binary! I have two cats so I’d prefer a roommate without any more pets (one of my cats has anxiety) and loves cats. I would like a roommate who is LGBT and neurodivergent friendly. I haven’t decided on a place yet but I would want it to be in Raleigh. My price range for rent is about $500-700. A little about myself: Currently working full time to save up for grad school and just taking a break from school stress. I’m someone who cleans regularly. I’m a relatively quiet and respect privacy. I’m down to earth and chill about most things. I value the importance of communication and it’s something I would also like in a roommate. I smoke and drink socially but, out of the home. I like to be outdoors and be out of the house for most of the day but I also chill at home in the evening/night after work usually. I’m a morning person so there are days where I have to get up early for work but I try not to disturb others and get ready quickly for work. I go to bed early ,like at 9/10pm. I’m okay with guests when notified!
