Min-Kyung

I’m an exchange student at UCI and will be spending most of my time studying or on campus, so I’m looking for a calm and comfortable place to come home to. I’m friendly, responsible and tidy, and I’m very considerate with shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom. I don’t smoke, and I’m respectful of my roommates’ schedules, noise levels and privacy. I’m easy to live with, open to clear communication, and I always pay rent and bills on time.
